The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.302.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the house of the petitioner one stolen motorcycle was recovered, for which the petitioner suggested that the alleged motorcycle was given by his brother. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already concluded and statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22381 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
