The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015, registered under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act. The accusation is that 10 accused persons, including the petitioner, were apprehended by the Police in course of patrolling duty. On search, one live cartridge was found in possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that after apprehending by the Police in the present case, he has been remanded in Rajgir P.S. Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13753 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 No. 195 of 2015, which was also lodged against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M, Biharsharif Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015.
