2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to revise the Score card of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1214 of 2026 dt.03-02-2026 2/3 petitioner in Advertisement No. 21/25 Dresser Examination on the basis of policy made by Bihar Technical Service Commission and to add seven marks in the Score Card to the petitioner and to issue fresh Score Card in favour of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation for redressal of his grievances which is Annexure P/7 to the writ petition but no decision has been taken on his representation.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Technical Service Commission submits that from the Annexure-P/7 to the writ petition it does not transpire that whether it is received or not. Hence, direction may be issued to the petitioner to file a fresh representation for the redressal of his grievances.

5. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent No. 3, namely, the Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the respondent No. 3, namely, the Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission, is directed to take a decision on the said representation within 90 days from the date of its filing, with a reasoned and speaking

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
