The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 203/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were from the joint family house, the blame cannot be saddled alone on his shoulders and that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-
