Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner appears to be main assailant and the occurrence took place in the year 1998 but he evaded his arrest and could be remanded in this case on 23.06.2015. Therefore, considering the nature of allegation as well as conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with
