JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 391 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named on the basis of confession in the present case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, except confession, there is nothing against him and though he is an accused in one more case but that case falls under Excise Act. He is in custody for more than 3 months. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
