The name of petitioner appears to have been surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement of the co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was made accused in Brahmpura P.S.Case No. 263 of 2014 and, after that, he was remanded in several cases without any material. It is further submitted that in the present case, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-9 Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S.Case No. 83 of 2014.
