1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I) That this writ application is being filed for the nature of Mandamus for directing to the Respondents to stay the Notice issued by the Circle Officer, Barbigha through Memo No.986 dated 29.8.2018 as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ petition, whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer, Barbigha has issued a notice to measure the land.

II) That issue a writ in nature of Mandanus for direction to the Respondents to stay the issued

Patna High Court CWJC No.23059 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 notice by the Circle Officer, Barbigha.

III) That the impunged order is absolutely bad in law and regulation. There is no any reason to do measurement of the land near the house of the petitioner, Fifteen feet (15') P.C.C. road is situated in font of the house of the petitioner."

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has merely challenged the notice issued by the Circle Officer, Barbigha vide memo dated 29.08.2018, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been directed to co-operate in measurement of the land in question, this Court finds that the present writ petition is premature, hence grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barbigha, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
