JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order dated 05.11.2018, I find that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 10.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
