On getting confidential information regarding assemblage of anti-social element for the purpose of commission of dacoity, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, Purshottam Yadav @ Chhotu, Amit Kunwar @ Vidio, petitioner Akhilesh Mandal @ Akla Mandal @ Akla, Bholi Mandal, Mukesh Singh were apprehended and on search, from their possession, firearms, ammunitions in terms of seizure list were recovered and for that, two separate cases were registered. The present happens to be under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.09.2014. It is also apparent from Paragraph-3 of the petition that petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

No.21819 of 2015 (02) dt.07-07-2015 However, taking into account the period of detention coupled with nature of allegation, petitioner, Akhilesh Mandal @ Akla Mandal @ Akla is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Niranjan Singh, learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No.80 of 2015 arising out of Gopalpur P. S. Case no.304 of 2014.
