JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the selection of respondents no.7 & 8 for grant of license of the Public Distribution System Shop in the district of East Champaran, at Motihari, she has submitted her representation before the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure '5' series to the writ application.

It is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed, if an appropriate direction is issued to the

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in Annexure '5' series to the writ application, hear all the concerned parties and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
