2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with respect to petitioners no.2 and 12.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition with regard to petitioners no. 2 and 12 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

5. Now, this writ petition is being heard only regard to petitioners no.1, 3 to 11, 13, 14 and 15.

6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the University and learned counsel for the State.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16104 of 2024.

8. In view of the aforesaid, the impugned pay verification certificate issued under the signature of the authorized officer, Pay Verification Cell, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna as contained in (Annexure-P/2, Annexure-P/5, Annexure-P/6, Annexure-P/7, Annexure-P/8, Annexure-P/9, Annexure-P/10, Annexure-P/11, Annexure-P/13, Annexure-P/15, Annexure-P/17, AnnexureP/18, Annexure-P/19) is hereby quashed and the matter is remanded back to the State authorities for proceeding afresh in accordance with law.

9. It goes without saying that the petitioners are entitled to receive pay as earlier.

10. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
