In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.475 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 447, 354B, 370, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on partition 9 decimals of land was allotted to the informant but the coaccused Md. Kalim Ansari, who is devar of the informant, has sold her land in favour of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, however,

No.3008 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners nos. 1 and 2 are the bonafide purchaser of the said land, whereas the petitioner no. 3 is identifier and the present matter relates to civil dispute and no suit has been filed for setting aside the alleged sale deed.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
