Petitioner seeks for regular bail registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 386, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner Ramesh Hembram has not been named in the F.I.R., however his name find place in the confessional statement of the co-accused Sunil Yadav before police. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S.
