JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On getting confidential information, police conducted raid and during course thereof, three persons were found standing nearby two motorcycle having parked, who were apprehended and on query, all the three failed to explain.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he happens to be under custody since 01.12.2014. Also submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Also submitted that petitioner has got no concern with the so alleged recovered motorcycle. It has also been submitted that in pursuance of direction given by the learned lower Court, trial has yet not been concluded.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public

Accordingly, petitioner, Raushan Kumar Singh @ Prakash is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P. S. Case no.343 of 2014.
