JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the state.

The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail of the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.02.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 56128 of 2015 considering that on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner, dead body of Raju Kumar was recovered. Submission is that the petitioner is lady and is suffering from several ailment resulting she is not being treated properly in jail and, as such, she deserves sympathetic consideration. Further she is pregnant also to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12609 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 again the prayer of bail of the petitioner, Guriya stands rejected. However, the concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to take all positive steps for proper treatment of the petitioner and also to take her proper care considering that she is pregnant.
