2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 416/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing his own fatherin-law. He was an absconder and, therefore, he has been arrested by the police. After killing his father-in-law, the petitioner had fled away with the sister of his wife and he has been arrested after more than two years of the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 19.09.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is an absconder, this application is dismissed.
