JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, fire-arms and cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners have been made accused in this case by a rivalry group so that, petitioners could not take part in auction of wine shop. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioners that so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioners is concerned; all the cases were lodged against the petitioners within a span of two days.
