====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent-State, wherein at paragraph 5 it has been stated that the Establishment Committee in its meeting dated 27.06.2017 recommended for transfer of the petitioner from Munger Division to Bhagalpur Division. Accordingly, vide Department's Memo No.1571 dated 30.06.2017, necessary orders were issued and the services of the petitioner had been placed at the disposal of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur with a direction to post the petitioner against the vacant post in Bhagalpur Division.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that pursuant to the letter dated 30.06.2017, no action was taken by the Deputy Director of Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur and no posting order has been issued till date. It is, thus, directed that the petitioner shall appear along with a copy of this order before the said functionary, being the Deputy Director of Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur, who shall immediately look into the matter and place the petitioner at an appropriate post within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
