JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amnour P. S. Case No. 136 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of IPC. As per prosecution case, on the order of the petitioner, the other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his father and mother, causing injuries to them.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that F.I.R. itself shows that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. He is in custody for about 2 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-
