The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act, 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Allegation is of recovery of 200 litre of liquor apart from mobile and other articles from Dharmendra Kumar, who disclosed that he brought the liquor on the instruction of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and in the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No.262 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
