Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court for quashing of the Office order contained in Memo No.89, dated 05.05.2022, issued by the District Programme Officer, Secondary Education and Literacy, East Champaran at Motihari, whereby and whereunder the petitioners' salary/stipend from 06.12.2014 till date as Talim Markaj date has been denied on the ground that the petitioner did not have requisite qualification of Intermediate at the time of appointment. The petitioner further prays to make payment of salary/stipend of Talim Markaj from 06.12.2014 till date to peti-

Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner. 4.

It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
