Patna High Court CWJC No.4108 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/3 completed the works as per the agreement and the Authority Concern have found that the work allotted to this petitioner has already been completed satisfactorily in the year 2017 itself and requested to the Authority to release the amount of Rs. 24,98,461.00/- which allotted for the construction of four rooms in Buniyadi School, Kolasi under Kolasi Block, Katihar under Multi-Sectoral Development Program in short MSDP Scheme in Agreement No. 361F2/2015-16.
(ii) For further issuance and appropriate direction, order or writ in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release the fund for payment to this petitioner as per agreement entered between the petitioner and the Authority concern. (iii) For further holding and declaring to pay the entire amount as per agreement and the work allotment order with the interest @ 18% because the petitioner has already completed the work as per the agreement in the year 2017 itself and for completion of work he has managed the fund by other resources. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case .
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
