16.03.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners seek bail in S.Tr. No. 778 of 2014 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2012 registered under Sections 121, 121(A), 122 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Explosive Substance Act, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act and Sections 38, 39 and 40 of U.A.P. Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger.

Considering that the prosecuting agency is taking satisfactory steps in producing of the witnesses, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
