Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case also and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15045 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad in connection with Navinagar P.S.
