JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was on police bail under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and did not misuse the privilege of police bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record and also consider the fact that earlier the petitioner was on police bail and did not misuse the same, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
