This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 1185 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 600 liters of country-made liquor was seized along with a motor cycle. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no concern with the liquor in question. Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018.
