Petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/34, 386, 387, 120B/149 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1- b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R, while the informant was sitting in his office, two miscreants riding on Motorcycle came there and one of them fired on him, but informant luckily escaped. Thereafter, they fled away.

Name of petitioners transpired during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Ajit Das @ Guddu. No incriminating article has been recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4165 of 2022(2) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 from the possession of the petitioners and till date, they have not been put on T.I. Parade. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 31.07.2021. Investigation is completed. The learned A.P.P for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent of petitioners, the prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021.
