The present application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68198 of 2019 by this Court in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, to the extent of extendng the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below.

The petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in the aforementioned case with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, but, the petitioner failed to surrender in time in the Court below.

On the grounds mentioned in the present modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6390 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 application, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended by three weeks from today.

The order, dated 18.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68198 of 2019 by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
