The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Case No. 135 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 registered inter alia for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-AA) of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39611 of 2014.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
