A supplementary affidavit has been filed in this case which is taken on record.

In the present revision application, the petitioner seeks to challenge an order dated 06.03.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheikhpura in Maintenance Case No. 123 M of 2015 whereby and whereunder the learned Principal Judge, Sheikhpura awarded the Maintenance amount of Rs. 3,000/- per month and also directed for payment of arrears to the aforesaid amount in 24 equal installment and also directed to pay the aforesaid amount along with monthly installment of arrears by 10th of each successive month. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.527 of 2017(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 marriage in question was not a valid marriage and the petitioner was a minor on the date of marriage in support whereof he produced a Judgement in T.S. (Matrimonial) Case No. 30 2019 which was filed in the year 2019 seeking to annul the marriage between the petitioner and the opposite party. It appears that this case was filed only in the year 2019 whereas the present revision application was preferred in the year 2017. Having perused the order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Maintenance Case No. 123 (M) of 2015 which clearly records that the petitioner's date of birth in his Bihar School Examination Board is recorded as 6th of November, 1994, there appears to be some maneuverings all through by the petitioner. In view of the clear cut findings by the Court that the petitioner was a legal married husband of Opposite Party no. 2, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impunged. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
