The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No.C-2/619 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 1.12.2018. In the instant case there is recovery of 36.3 liters of liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
