Taking into consideration that co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners, who do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Trial No. 65 of 2015 arising out of Choutham P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014.
