ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019 in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.490 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 337, 138, 307 & 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the alleged recovery of one litre of country made liquor was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the petitioner is involved in one other case of different nature in which he has been extended the privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
