The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 477/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. An occurrence is said to have taken place at the time of construction of a house in which the informant suspected that an attempt was being made by the accused persons to extend the roof of the house in the land belonging to the informant. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15382 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 petitioners have filed separate cases against the informant and others which have been brought on record by different annexures in the present petition.

Five persons are said to have been injured from side of the prosecution party, two of whom have received grievous injuries. The petitioners themselves have received injuries. The nature of such injuries could not be ascertained for want of further medical investigation.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that thus in the aforesaid background, it cannot be stated that there was any intention on the part of the petitioners to cause any life threatening injury to anyone of the victims.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and taking into account that the petitioners themselves have been injured in the occurrence, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
