Petitioner and some other accused are named in the first information report but informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. In course of investigation, it came to light that one co-accused Pujari Lal Gupta had given contract to other coaccused to commit the murder of the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Purohit Lal Gupta as well as some other co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
