The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 364/34 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the daughter of the informant, namely, Bholi Devi had been married at VillagePathalgari under P.S.-Barachatty and on 11.11.2013 in the midnight, she came out from the house for making water and when she delayed in being returned, informant started her search and he found that the petitioner along with three others abducted her daughter with intention to commit her murder. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2014 and charge sheet

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22067 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that other co-accused similarly situated have been granted bail by this Court, vide Cr.Misc. No.22139 of 2014 and Cr.Misc. No.33985 of 2014.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Barachatty (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.537 of 2013.
