2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1547 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have looted motorcycle, mobile and cash of Rs. 10,000/- from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.1.2024 and the petitioner has also made self-inculpatory statement and confessed his guilt.

5. The charges have been framed against the petitioner and he has three criminal antecedents also.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is not delayed. The informant will co-operate in the trial.

9. Learned counsel for the State will communicate a copy of this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur. Also communicate a copy of this order to Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its compliance.
