The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121, 121(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, under different Sections of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and under different Sections of the Arms Act.

The police raided the place on information that many criminals had assembled there. Three persons namely Sujit Kumar, Nandlal Kumar and Vinod Choudhary were apprehended and they are said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused only in one case Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014. Similarly situated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23653 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 accused Nand Lal Kumar has already been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 6712 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014.
