2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.293 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It is alleged 50 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the seized liquor or the motorcycle. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the parties and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge II, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.293 of 2023.
