Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 127, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S.Case No. 697 of 2020 (G.R.No. 2093 of 2020).

As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners badly assaulted the informant and his son Kundan Kumar with lathi, danda etc.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4544 of 2022(2) dt.12-08-2022 2/2 that petitioners are persons of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case. The allegations are general and omnibus and the injuries suffered by the informant and his son are simple in nature.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P.) P.S.Case No. 697 of 2020 (G.R.No. 2093 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
