Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 24.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 8031/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 23.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that out of eight prosecution witnesses, one witness has already been examined and for evidence of remaining witnesses, summons have already been issued.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
