The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and is in jail custody since 19-11-2014.

The first informant report reflects that it was husband of the deceased, who used to torture the deceased in inebriated condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 100 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Munger. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
