Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner claims to have worked on contractual basis at the Community Health Centre, Shivsagar, Rohtas, as a Dentist. He claims arrears of wages for the period of contractual service in between 01.09.2019 to 02.03.2020, for which he has made an applications before the In-charge Medical Officer of the Community Health Centre, Shivsagar, Rohtas, copies of which are enclosed as Annexure-3 series. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that annexing copies of the representations, he would move before Respondent No. 2, claiming benefits of arrears of wages for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1442 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 contractual period of service.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim, the Court would only observe that if such representation is filed within a period of 4 weeks, Respondent No. 2 would be obliged to dispose of the same and dues, if found admissible, must be paid to the petitioner within 8 weeks thereafter.

Writ application stands disposed of.
