JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29000 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 506 of 2022.

4. The petitioner is accused in nine cases and this Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
