During the pendency of this writ application, the respondents have finally redressed the grievances of the petitioners in as much as petitioners have been allowed admission. However, no special examination has been arranged for these petitioners.
In view of the above, the writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.2866 of 2021(5) dt.17-04-2021 2/2 disposed off with a direction to the respondent University to take steps for arranging special examination of the petitioners at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
