The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T.Act.

The allegation is regarding illegal transfer of a sum of Rs. 99,998/- having been made from the account of the informant to another account.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the account in which transfer has been made does not belong to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case after five months of lodging of the F.I.R. upon confession made by the co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2703 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 person. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 07.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM at Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018.
