1. This Court has passed a detailed order on 22.08.2025 which reads as follows:-

1. No representation for the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the record, it is evident that writ petition is filed commanding the respondent/Bank to settle the loan account in accordance with the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India and to command the respondent to accept the proposal of repayment of loan.

3. On the other hand, the Learned counsel for the respondent reported to the Court that the loan account is closed and the writ petition

4. However, for giving a fair opportunity to the petitioner, list on 28.08.2025.

2. In spite of the said order, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However, the Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a statement of account indicating that the loan account of the petitioner has been closed with a zero balance and the same is taken on record.

3. As there is no representation for the petitioners, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
