Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414/34 of the I.P.C. and section 66(c) of the I.T. Act. The accusation is that some unknown miscreants threatened the SDPO, Sadar, Sitamarhi to kill from Mobile No. 9504367308, for which Dumra P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 was registered and on investigation, the police arrested the petitioner, owner of the shop and recovered several mobile sets and SIM. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on investigation, it was found that the said SIM card was sold by the petitioner, being the shop owner, to one Durga Devi, except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23263 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 in custody since 27.03.2015. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Sunil Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26196 of 2015 on 24.07.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
