During course of investigation, one co-accused Mantosh Turha has been arrested and confessed his guilt accepting his involvement in kidnapping but said co-accused Mantosh Turha has already been granted privilege of regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.03.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.1748 of 2016. Petitioner does not have criminal antecedent and languishing in jail custody since 02.01.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Siwan in connection with Guthani
